As the leader of the pack, Georgie is dedicated to keeping us all in line and making sure that we deliver on our promises. With over 15 years in the eventing industry and a low tolerance for nonsense, Georgie truly is a force to be reckoned with. She really does love us all, but she would never admit it out loud.
Nobantu
If enthusiasm were a person it would be Nobantu. Her passion for what she does is truly infectious, and her energy at events is almost limitless. Nobantu is one of the longest-standing members of the Siyanda team and as a shareholder in the business, she is the hope for our future sustainability.
Velicia
Heading up a branding team is no easy feat, with hundreds of moving parts, crew logistics and planned activations across the country. All of this would lead you to believe that Velicia would be far more stressed than she is. With an incredibly sunny disposition, a ready smile and gentle energy, Velicia is as dependable as they come. Velicia is also one of our shareholders and is learning to navigate managing and owning a business from the grassroots upwards.
Nicky
Nobody really understands what Nicky does, how she does it or where she keeps all the information that fills her head. Events are driven by meticulous planning, and although Nicky prints more paper per event than most will print in a lifetime, she knows exactly where each piece is, and what each one is for. Before, during, and after each event, Nicky keeps every wheel turning, making sure the guests are happy, the crew is fed, and our clients are well taken care of. Most importantly, she sees to it that what we promise, we deliver.
Nosi
There are many words we could use to describe Nosi, but quiet would not be one of them. When Nosi walks into a room we all know long before her bubbly personality arrives. Nosi is part of the office-bound team, making sure that our logistics are kept ticking over and that we all know where to be and when.
Sian
Sian is bossy, she is demanding, she is pushy, and she is perfect. Heading up our in-office project team, Sian can generate as many emails in a day as Nicky can print documents. Keeping all the threads going, keeping all the admin flowing and keeping all of us informed requires a special kind of skill. Sian and Nosi integrate seamlessly to keep the wheels turning.
Stefan
It would be difficult to find someone more pedantic than Stefan. If overthinking were an art form, Stefan would be a grand master. These skills make him the perfect match to manage our projects both before the event and on the day. He does, however, come with a caution: never ask him to perform a task around any of his daily meals. Stefan eats more meals in a day than an average Hobbit, and with as much relish.
Olivia
Olivia is talent personified. Her art, design and overall creativity give us the ability to bring your vision to life in new and exciting ways, while her enthusiasm and love of life are completely infectious. As the newest member of our team, Olivia has hit the ground running, but she has certainly found her niche and the place where she belongs.
Jonathan
No one really knows how to quantify Jonathan. By the same token, none of us really know what he does. He is, supposedly, a creative director, which means that he spends much of his day staring off into space and pretending to work. Having said that, when it comes to bossing everyone around on-site, he has got this down to a fine art form!
